The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized in the CAD system under flow analysis. Integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure uniform filling of the charge air cooler. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to a generous 70mm. Our kit also includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result: excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
