Hawk DTC-60 dirkaške zavorne ploščice imajo enak temperaturni obseg kot Hawk DTC-70, vendar proizvajajo manjši zavoren navor. Številni dirkači lažjih, manjših avtomobilov pogosto uporabljajo DTC-60 ploščice spredaj in DTC-30 ploščice zadaj, medtem ko se pri večjih, težjih, visoko zmogljivih ali dirkaških avtomobilih DTC-60 pogosteje uporablja zadaj s spredn DTC-70.
