Dvodelni sistem zavornega diska GiroDisc je neposredna zamenjava za OE disk, nobene spremembe niso potrebne. Disk se privije neposredno na avto in popolnoma deluje z OE zavornima čeljustima. Ko je sistem GiroDisc nameščen, preprosto zamenjaj litoželezni obroč zavornega diska, kadar je to potrebno. Povprečni dvodelni disk GiroDisc je približno 2 kg lažji na disk kot originalni diski. Ta zmanjšanja rotacijske in neuteži omogoča hitrejše pospeševanje in boljši odziv suspenzije.
